Citified.ca has just posted a new topic entitled "Penny Lane Property Management expanding to Victoria from mid-Island base" in forum "Victoria and South Island Economy".

Courtenay-based Penny Lane has expanded into the south Island real-estate/property and strata management market with a new office at Haultain Corners. There is quite a lot of demand for property management services in the Capital, as some firms are getting quite large and boutique firms sometimes struggling to scale. I suspect Penny Lane will do really well on the south Island, and they can help local developers doing work up-Island to manage their properties, something that I get asked about relatively frequently as developers expand north.
