dasmo has just posted a new topic entitled "Bill 19 COVID-19 Related Measures Act" in forum "Victoria Politics".

This Bill is being introduced that appears to give our Lieutenant Governor in Council (an un-elected representative of the queen) dictatorial powers without limitation while we are in a declared state of emergency (that has no checks or balances or any parameters to define it). It also absolves anyone in the government from liability in any of the shenanigans that have transpired.
Am I reading this wrong?
