Kapten Kapsell has just posted a new topic entitled "1301 Hillside | 6 Storeys | Proposed" in forum "City of Victoria".

NVision (part of Abstract Properties) is proposing to build a 6-storey rental building on a former gas station site. Details are now on Dev Tracker; there will be 46 units (bachelor, 1-bed, and 2-bed). All of the larger units will have dedicated parking (25 units in total).
