Key points to consider:
- density targets for each municipality, which if not met, would allow the province to override municipal "nimybism"
- legalized duplexes province-wide
- three-plexes permitted in urban centres where single-family zoning is in place (presumably duplex zoning, too)
- "flipping tax" that decreases through 2 years post-possession
- right of first refusal for non-profits to buy rental complexes before REITs have access
- $500 million towards tenant anti-displacement efforts, to prevent or address renovictions
