Victoria Watcher has just posted a new topic entitled "Saanich to offer segregated arts education" in forum "Arts, Culture and Entertainment".

Saanich is adding to its progressive values by offering free arts classes to only people of colour. White students are expected to attend other classes, and pay the appropriate fees.
