Aryze Dev's 2566-2580 Fifth Street (https://victoria.citified.ca/rentals/2566-2580-fifth-street/) is going before council today, or at least it's planned to.

The proposal calls for 64 rentals over five-storeys, together with a new space for the Vancouver Island School of Art.
