Kapten Kapsell has just posted a new topic entitled "Cook and Yates Development (Chard)" in forum "City of Victoria".

I thought it makes sense to start a thread for the Chard development that will be coming to the corner of Cook and Yates as well as the lot behind the 1120 Yates (medical building) at some point.

Apparently the owners of Laundro Lounge (one of the tenants in the small existing strip mall that includes Ithaka Greek Restaurant) are already seeking a new space per recent staff comments. I suppose it's possible that these businesses are on a month-to-month lease pending the redevelopment.
