Kapten Kapsell has just posted a new topic entitled "[Harris Green] 1010 Fort Street | Mixed-use | Proposed" in forum "City of Victoria".

NVision Properties is proposing to build a 6-storey rental building at 1010 Fort Street with 62 rental units and (I assume) street-level retail. This is planned for the former Da Tandoor property (it was a sales centre for Black and White most recently); in order to accommodate the unit count and height, I assume that the J and J wonton Building has been bought by the developer too and will be included in the proposal. Mike Miller is proposing that ten of the rentals here will be affordable units in order to secure approval for Bellwood Park down the road in Rockland.
