Mike K. has just posted a new topic entitled "[Downtown] Apex site (City-owned lot)" in forum "City of Victoria".

The City-owned Apex site on Douglas Street at Humboldt Street had six contenders that submitted development bids to the City of Victoria.

One of the six was suddenly chosen by the City, despite the assumption being that the proposals would be publicly vetted to some degree.
